+ Why are you guys moving?

High Five has always been about growth. We love what we do and want to share that love with more people. This is our chance to push beyond what we have come to expect and gain so much in the process.

+ Why Downtown?

Cincinnati has always been apart of us. We have loved our time in the O’Bryonville neighborhood, but feel called to plant ourselves in the heart of Cincinnati. The Findlay Market neighborhood has a rich history and is imagining a bright future.

+ Is the new space bigger?

YES! We will have 3200 square feet to foster beauty and friendships!

+ Will your team be growing?

Yes! A new, bigger space means we have the room for more stylists to join the team. We can’t wait for you to meet our newest stylists They are the cream of the crop and will be offering more diverse service and pricing options. One of these new stylists could be you! While we have some new stylists on deck, if you’re a stylist and interested in working at High Five, we want to hear from you! + Hold up. Where do I park?

We get it, parking is a big part of discovering a new neighborhood or business. Our new location offers paid street parking (just like our current location), and is directly across the street from the north Findlay Market parking lot (150 spaces!) Findlay Market also has two other lots that surround the Market along with plenty of street parking on the surrounding blocks.

A Tip! We recommend first trying the north Findlay Lot which you can access off of Findlay street. Once you get out of your car, look at the space number where you are parked and head over to the kiosk by the Market entrance to pay. The Findlay Market parking lot offers your first hour free and $2.00 for the following hours. *Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow yourself time to park (especially on Saturday).

+ Will you ever offer other services than just hair?

Have you ever wanted to get your nails done while getting your hair done, or get a facial before your hair appointment? Well. GUESS. WHAT. We are going to be new neighbors with one of our favorite beauty brands - Spruce! Not only will we be sharing a wall with them, but we will have a door connecting our businesses within the building. This will allow our clients to enjoy all the services Spruce has to offer without having to leave the building!

+ Are you partnering with Spruce?

We are thrilled to be neighbors with Spruce, becoming a beauty force to be reckoned with, however it is not an official partnership.

+ Do you have any cool neighbors?

(Like, are there other things do in the neighborhood besides getting my hair done?) YES, SO MANY! The area is chock-full of amazing restaurants, businesses and neighbors. Grab a cup of coffee on your way in to your appointment from our neighbors at Deeper Roots. After your appointment, get a bite to eat from Jose Salazar’s new restaurant, Goose & Elder, or Pho Lang Thang’s new location. No trip would be complete without making your way over to the historic Findlay Market for the freshest produce, meat, bread and so much more. Findlay Market anchors the northern border of the OTR neighborhood and is teeming with life and exciting growth. We are thrilled to call it our new home.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: There is street parking available on Race Street in front of the salon that allows you to pay by the hour. Findlay Market also has three parking lots that surround the market which are great parking options as well. Our top pick for client parking is the North Findlay Market lot which is accessed off of Findlay Street. It offers your first hour free and $2.00 an hour after that.

HOW TO PARK AT FINDLAY MARKET: Pull into the parking lot and find a space. Get out of your car and jot down your license plate number so you can reference it at the kiosk. Go to the kiosk located at the parking lot entrance of the market. Enter your license plate number and the number of hours you’d like to park. Put in credit card for payment. Walk to High Five Salon and get the best hair of your life and leave feeling happy, beautiful and inspired.
